Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email along with the tracking number; the courier will provide an estimated delivery time frame for your order.
Once an order is received, we will choose the appropriate location from which goods are shipped. Most of the orders shall be shipped from Australia
It shall take between 1-2 working days to arrange,prepare the goods for delivery.
The orders shall be handed over to a shipping courier company and tracking details shall be emailed to the customer.
Based on local laws, the shipment may be subject to additional customs duty / taxes / processing fees. These are not covered by us and shall have to be paid by the customer at the time of receipt.
If product and parcel is damaged/disposed by customs,We are not responsible as different country and states have different rules on pet food imported item.

Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Shipit/Australia Post/DHL service with tracking and drop-off without signature.Tracking number will be available in website.
